The digital transformation of health and social care services is a key focus both nationally and internationally. Last month, in partnership with the Health Service Executive and the Department of Health, we published the findings from the National Engagement on Digital Health and Social Care.
The National Engagement on Digital Health and Social Care is taking place, and we want to hear what professionals in these areas have to say about digital health and social care.
We launched the National Engagement on Digital Health and Social Care on 19 June 2023. The engagement project is a collaboration between HIQA, the Department of Health, and the Health Service Executive (HSE). We will invite the specified professional groups to participate in the online survey from 26 June.
The engagement is being conducted in the context of EU targets where the public will have electronic access to their medical records by 2030, as well as the proposal for a regulation on the European Health Data Space.
