Donnacha O’Ceallaigh won the best poster presentation recently at the SPHeRE Network 9th Annual Conference for his poster examining the experiences of end-of-life care into better services in Ireland. The poster was presented on the day by Daniela Rohde who, along with Ellie Marley, worked on the project with Donnacha.
